TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A minimum delivery charge of RM30.00 & above will be imposed for any delivery to area outside the free delivery zones .
- There are no deliveries to Sabah & Sarawak East Malaysia.
- Any cancellation of orders after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirmed order.
- Any re-direct or re-sent product within the free delivery zones will be charged with a minimum fee of RM15.00 per item per destination.
(During festival peak season, public holidays & peak floral delivery days)
- Please be informed that hamper orders picked up during festival period may be delayed due to overwhelming volume surge. In this regard, please kindly take note that these shipments may arrive later than originally expected. We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support.
- For delivery within Free Delivery Zones, delivery will be attempt between 3 – 5 working days unless requested otherwise. Please call our customer services at 03-7783 2828 during office hours for further assistance.
- For delivery within outside Free Delivery Zones but within Peninsular Malaysia, delivery will be via courier services, GD Express and delivery will be attempt between 3-7 working days. Please provide recipients’ contact numbers to ensure smooth deliveries. Kindly noted that a minimum delivery charge of RM30.00 will be imposed for deliveries outside our Free Delivery Zones.
(Excluding festival peak season, public holidays & peak floral delivery days)
- For orders received before 12:00 PM (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day if delivery slot is available.
- For orders received after 12:00 PM (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operation availability, we will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it is a busy day for our operation, the deliveries will be made on the next day.(Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).
- For orders received after 1:00 PM (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operation availability & delivery charge of RM30.00 will be imposed for same day deliveries

- For delivery on working Saturday (before 1pm)(Malaysian time – GMT+8.00), orders must be made and confirmed one working day prior to delivery date.
- For same day deliveries (1pm – 10pm), orders must be made and confirmed before 12pm. Kindly noted that a minimum delivery charge of RM30.00 will be imposed for deliveries after our business hours.
- For deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays, special arrangements have to be made to accommodate such orders. As such, orders must be made one working day prior to delivery date.
- In event that such arrangements are not possible, then the delivery will have to be made the day before or day after the date requested.
- Kindly noted that a minimum delivery charge of RM30.00 will be imposed for deliveries after our business hours.
- For peak flora delivery days (eg. Valentines’ Day or Mothers’ Day), please order at least two working days advance prior to delivery date.
