Customer Service

Job Description:
- Handle customers’ enquiries; follow-up calls; telephone survey; processing relevant reports, etc.
- Ensure customers’ requests, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in timely manner, as indeed to provide excellent customer service.
- Service recovery – turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied customer with professional and empathetic service.
- Organize & promote company’s activities to customer.
- Establish a dynamic client relationship rapport and maintain confidential information.
- Manage day-to-day telemarketing in search for new sales prospects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM education or other equivalent related field.
- Working experience in customer service/ call-centre/ telemarketing/ direct sales environment is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions
- Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya)
- Ability to speak and write English, Malay, and Mandarin is a plus

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience as full-time florist or florist assistant
- Understand & able to use proper method for hand bouquet arrangement

- Desire to build a career in floral industry

- Mendapatkan tandatangan pada DO
- Memastikan kebersihan lori terjaga

- Rajin, berdisiplin dan kehadiran yang baik.

Working hours:-
9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday) | 9.00am – 1.00pm (Saturday)
Saturday early release if tasks complete
